Alexander has quantifiable years of experience in organizational leadership and management with which he facilitates corporate team building and interpersonal communication in many companies. His portfolio reflects that of an accomplished professional who didn’t only serve as a Vendor Manager at Microsoft, but also as a self-made entrepreneur. Alexander, who is happily married, enjoys learning as much as training. Alexander believes in adding meaning to people’s lives by training them to be the best they can be. He sees the whole learning process as one in which learners are at the center of the stage with the teacher playing much of a supportive role.

Azliana is a dedicated professional with over 16 years’ experience in the realm of marketing and communication. The core of her expertise centers around developing innovative marketing strategies that fit in intercultural settings.

Azliana is skilled in effective presentation, interpersonal skills and effective sales and marketing techniques. She has demonstrated leadership strength and proven track record in managing multiple business responsibilities. Recently, her contributions won her the “Best International Marketing” accolade from a prestigious educational institute. Azliana was previously an experienced international student recruiter for countries like Russia and Scandinavian countries. Her work experience revolves around a multicultural setting, which has been her strength in bridging organizational needs. So when she’s not away on a business trip, she enjoys singing, bellydancing and meditating.

MSOF Trainer

For more than 20 years, David threaded a path less travelled to aid organizations in achieving their goals of professional growth. Through the years, he nurtured a worthwhile career that extends through the field of media, hospitality and broadcast and communications.

 

Today, David channels his myriad years’ experience into helping top organizations build teams and high morale. David kick-started his career as a specialist film editor at the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation working on a broad range of programs including news, documentaries and current affairs.

David’s passion for training extends beyond his training work with MSOF and he teaches theology at the St. Andrew’s Cathedral. In his leisure time, he’s an enthusiastic cross-country runner, black & white photography, screenwriting, and funky blues music.

MSOF Teambuilder

Kenneth’s versatility in the realm of teaching and coaching is unmatched. Having mastered the brass tacks of training adults, Kenneth seeks to create a fun-friendly environment for participants to learn by inventing easy learning, interactive play methods.

With more than 20 years in F&B, Kenneth previously served as the General Manager of Krispy Kreme and California Pizza Kitchen. He is also certified as a Management Coach for Starbucks Inc, has a credential at GNS School of Business and Technology and accredited by WSQ to coach Food and Beverage Specialists.

​

With his years of managerial experience, Kenneth has developed and fine-tuned sure fire learning techniques for participants to acquire new team skill sets and follow a clear path to success.

MSOF Team Coach

Maverick is a top-gun in the Disc Jockey, Hosting and entertainment industry since 1998. With blooming passion for music and the fun that comes with it, Maverick evolved his lifelong interest into a successful career.

Maverick has been a DJ at renowned clubs and bars like Le Baroque, Bobby’s @ Chijmes, The Pump Room Clarke Quay and Mambo Beach Club. Today, he derives fun deejaying at private events and conducting teambuilding programs. Behind the turntables is a Maverick whose sociable personality is shaped around fun, entertainment and jocund character. His charismatic ability to mentor people and make seamless transition between tracks or jokes contributes to his prosperous career in the ever changing world of entertainment. With MSOF, he has showen his amazing training techniques and he has worked with clienteles such as Kristlite, Supreme Court, Chanel among others.

Samuel is an enthusiastic and accomplished trainer with a history of achievement in set objectives with well-honed skill sets in areas of leadership development and organizational behavior.

​

His programs have been fashioned to help executive management make informed decisions that boost productivity. Since 2013, Samuel has designed, developed and led training programs for numerous organizations including McDonald’s Singapore, O.B. Singapore, UC Concept International & Dehao Electronics Technology Singapore.

 

Samuel holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business with International Management & a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy. He also holds ACTA and DACE certifications from the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL) and Workforce Singapore (WSG).
